Δευτεράντζα ("we") respects your personal data. This page explains what we collect through the waitlist form on defterantza.shop, why, and what rights you have. Data controller: Δευτεράντζα, Κύπρος.

What we collect

• the email address you enter in the form;
• the date and time of your signup;
• your language choice (EL/EN) and the fact that you gave consent;
• an irreversible hash of your IP, solely to prevent automated abuse. We do not store the IP itself.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details at this stage.

Why we do it

For one purpose only: to notify you when the platform opens, including early-access details. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form.

Who sees it

• our hosting provider, acting as a data processor;
• our email delivery service (e.g. Mailchimp or Brevo), where enabled, exclusively to send the launch notification.

We do not sell or rent the list. Where an email provider is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Until the platform launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@deuterantza.cy and we will respond within 30 days. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

If you believe we mishandled your data you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Changes

If something material changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
